'Breathe'- a gritty psychological web show featuring the talented R Madhavan, Amit Sadh and Sapna Pabbi in the lead roles was unveiled at a plush suburban hotel. Present at the launch were director Mayank Sharma, producer Vikram Malhotra, who has backed films like 'Airlift', 'Baby' and others.

Talking about the trailer, R Madhavan's fans are all set to explore their 'King of Smiles' in a grey-shaded character (Danny Mascarenhas), who will go to any extent to save the life of his son played by Atharva. 'Breathe' follows the life of ordinary people faced with extraordinary circumstances. Amit Sadh plays the character of a brilliant but unconventional officer (Kabir Sawant)of the Mumbai Crime Branch, who puts together pieces of seemingly unconnected deaths of organ donors that lead to an unlikely morality and the slim possibility of saving his dying son's life.

After working in 67 films in his career, the 'Tanu weds Manu' actor, for the maiden time has opted for a web show. Elaborating more about his experience, the actor said, "Breathe is one of the toughest shows for me. I heard the script of it over the phone, I was blown with it. It is the best piece of work that I've ever done." It's difficult for a person to get into the skin of the character, especially if one has had back-to-back films. Sharing his experience with the media, Maddy said, "I've just been doing films all this while. When I was shooting for this series, the character graph..first time in my life I would note down my character in page to see where did I leave my character the last time after the edit, so that for the next episode I would be prepared."

Here's the trailer:

'Breathe' is produced by Abundantia Entertainment and will be launched on January 26, 2018, exclusively on Amazon Prime Video. In an unprecedented move, the show will launch as a trilingual eight-episode series.
