Raghav's drive

I love travelling and whenever I have a couple of days off, I head to Kashid, Khandala,u00a0 Lonavala and Goa. I recently bought an Audi which goes with me on these long drives. But, I prefer driving my Accord when I'm in the city. Some of my favourite stretches of roads are the Great Ocean Road in Melbourne, the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and the Mumbai-Goa road.



I learnt driving when I was as young as seven or eight. I would sit in my dad's lap when he'd be driving. In fact there was a time when I wanted to take up racing professionally. While my dad encouraged me to do so, my mom was extremely jittery about it because she thought it would be risky.

I dream of owning a Lamborghini and the BMW Z3 Roadster. When I bought my Audi, it was a great feeling. I used to be a rash driver, but I'm not like that anymore. I think I've outgrown that phase. I had a few close calls and then realised that it wasn't worth endangering my life by exceeding speed levels. I now drive at 40-45km in the city.
