Being a fan of short films, Ranbir Kapoor is extending a helping hand to the short film festival, Shuruaat Ka Interval, along with filmmakers Vikramaditya Motwane, Imtiaz Ali, Vikas Bahl, Anurag Kashyap, Anurag Basu, Amole Gupte and Anand Gandhi.

The star will open the festival this evening at a suburban multiplex. Interestingly, the filmmakers have created a short film around the topic of ‘interval’.
