Nothing stops Vivek Oberoi these daysu00a0-- not even being in the presence of royalty! He recently taught the 12-year old Prince of Jaipur to whistle. The actor was in Rajasthan to flag off the car rally Women On Wheels.

The prince then asked the actor to teach him how to whistle like the audience does in theatres. "It was a funny yet awkward moment for Vivek as the Rajmata, Padminideviji was watching them. Finally the Rajmata realising Vivek's predicament gave him the go ahead." Vivek and the prince also bonded over a shared alma materu00a0-- Mayo School. "The prince told Vivek that he wanted to see Prince when it released but as it was school term, it would be impossible."
Says Vivek, "Yes I am an ex-Mayoite and was from Jaipur House. The prince's great-great grandfather built Mayo. I am planning to have a special screening for Prince Padmanabh and the other kids in Mayo."
My whistle guru
He confirms he also taught the prince to whistle, while he himself learned how to fromu00a0 "Chitra maasi" who taught him how to whistle, "She's an expert and can belt out the loudest and shrillest blasts!" reveals the actor, adding, "I was 12 and totally fascinated! After muchu00a0 practice (and drool and dribbles) I finally got it and thenu00a0 honed my ceetee skills at the movies."
