Richa Chadha, who was headed to Los Angeles, was stranded for almost 18 hours at the Abu Dhabi airport following a thunderstorm.
With no communication from the airline staff, the actress decided to seek intervention of Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj on Twitter. The minister, however, is yet to respond.
