Shreyas Talpade and Amrita Rao featured in Shyam Benegal's 2008 film Welcome to Sajjanpur.
The two will be seen together again in debutant director Ajit Sinha’s film. Ajit was earlier assisting filmmakers Indra Kumar and Ashok Thakeria.
The film, which deals with a common man’s struggle with the government, is slated to go on the floors around February. It will be shot extensively in Agra including around the Taj Mahal for which the makers have already taken permission.
Producer Narendra Singh states, “We are all geared up for the shoot. Shreyas is looking forward to essaying the character of a common man that he can play with great ease. We are just waiting for Amrita’s dates to begin the shooting.”
Amrita has a project with Sunny Deol and another one with Arshad Warsi presently.u00a0
