Sidharth Malhotra, who is the brand ambassador of Tourism New Zealand, was in Rotorua when the earthquake of magnitude 7.5 hit the country yesterday.
But, the actor has no intentions of cutting short his trip. Taking to Twitter, Sidharth wrote, "Thankfully, at first light it seems the shakes have spared us from serious widespread damage."
"My thoughts n prayers are with the people of NZ. I am glad to know things are getting back to normal in Christchurch. My thoughts with everyone back there." Sidharth heads to Auckland next.
