Actors Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu have named their newborn daughter Inaaya Naumi Kemmu, the father announced on Sunday. "We have named our daughter Inaaya Naumi Kemmu. Little Inaaya is happy and healthy and she thanks all of you for your love and blessings," Kunal tweeted.

The couple became parents on Friday. Kunal was in a live-in relationship with Soha, daughter of veteran actress Sharmila Tagore and the late Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, since May 2013. They got engaged in July 2014 and tied the knot in January 2015. The pair have together worked in films like '99', 'Dhoondte Reh Jaaoge' and 'Mr Joe B. Carvalho'.

During the trailer launch of 'Golmaal Again' at an Andheri multiplex last week, Kunal Kemmu left in a hurry as he had to rush Soha to the gynaecologist.

Soha Ali Khan had been giving finishing touches to her book, The Perils of Being Moderately Famous. Soha Ali Khan was said to be keen on completing the final draft before her baby arrives. The book is a collection of humorous and bizarre stories on her life as a royal princess and a moderately famous celebrity, as she likes to call herself.

Soha Ali Khan had been advocating yoga during her pregnancy. She shared photos on her Instagram and showed how to stay fit during the nine months of pregnancy. Like her sister-in-law Kareena Kapoor Khan, Soha Ali Khan was up and about during her pregnancy. She endorsed stuff related to pregnant women like oils to keep stretch marks away and mineral water which is beneficial during the nine months. Unlike several Bollywood women who go missing as soon as they realise they are in the family way, Soha, like Bebo, did not shy away from shutterbugs.

In an interview earlier, Soha Ali Khan told Kareena Kapoor Khan had been giving her diet tips and more for expecting mothers. "Kareena has been very helpful. She recently went through this. So, I keep asking her a lot of questions on a daily basis. What should I eat, what is allowed, what isn't," Soha had said. "I really don't know what to expect or how the journey ahead is going to be like," she added.

After dating for a few years, Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu tied the knot in January 2015. Talking about her husband, Soha had said, "Kunal and I have been together for nine years now. We feel very blessed and were ready for this phase in our life. But I haven't felt alone at all." "I have my and Kunal's family. Kunal has been a wonderful partner and this phase can be overwhelming for the to-be mother and father. He has done very well," she said.

Soha's elder brother and actor-producer Saif Ali Khan welcomed his first child Taimur with Kareena Kapoor Khan last year in December.
