Soha's Favourite Recipe: Tandoori Chicken Tikka
Ingredients:

750 gms boneless chicken (cut into tikka pieces)
250 gms thick curds
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tsp red chilli powder (or as per taste)
salt to taste
2-3 tbsp oil
Method:
Clean and wash the chicken pieces. Hang the curds in fine muslin cloth to drain out the excess water. In au00a0 bowl mix curds, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powderu00a0u00a0 and salt. Add a little oil to the pieces and rub well, so that the marinate can seep inside. Marinate the chicken pieces in the curd mixture for an hour.u00a0 Meanwhile, line the skewers and apply a dash of oil so that the tikkas do not get stuck to them while being roasted. Pre-heat the oven and place the skewers with the tikkas in the oven and grill for 30 to 40 minutes or till done.u00a0
Serve hot with green coriander and mint chutney and freshly cut onions.
