To avoid box office clash with biggie like Padman, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety has now been pushed to a later date
With Akshay Kumar-starrer Padman releasing on February 9, the makers of Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety have pushed the romcom's release to February 23. The Kartik Aaryan, Nushrat Bharucha and Sunny Singh-starrer was previously scheduled to release on February 9.
With Aiyaary also releasing on the same date, they felt shifting their release would be ideal. But on February 23, they will have to battle with Rani Mukerji's Hichki, John Abraham's Parmanu: The Story Of Pokhran and Vashu Bhagnani's Welcome To New York, which stars Sonakshi Sinha and Diljit Dosanjh.
