Alia Bhatt was left teary-eyed and emotional during a cleanliness drive held in Mumbai by a private channel

This is what made Alia Bhatt teary-eyed

Alia Bhatt was recently left teary-eyed when she saw specially abled children performing on the National anthem. When the national anthem was playing, Alia Bhatt was also present on the stage besides Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan. Everyone present in the hall stood up when the National anthem started playing.


When Alia saw the specially abled children perform the National Anthem with the use of sign language, it filled her eyes with tears. The 'Udta Punjab' actress could not control her emotion and tears after seeing them perform and tears started flowing down her cheeks. 



This event took place in Mumbai during a cleanliness drive carried out by a private channel and several Bollywood celebrities had taken part in it. Currently, Alia Bhatt is working for a number of films. She is shooting for Ayan Mukerji's superhero film 'Dragon' and Meghna Gulzar's thriller, 'Raazi'.
