Tigmanshu Dhulia wins one more award for 'Paan Singh Tomar'

The film won the Best Feature Film award while Dhulia got the Best Director award at the festival. As Dhulia was busy shooting his Saif Ali Khan-Sonakshi Sinha starrer, he was unable to make it to the event.
M Ramachandran, the director of the Indian Cultural Centre in Colombo collected the awards on the filmmaker’s behalf. Dhulia says, “I feel honoured to receive this prestigious award and accept it with all humility. I shall continue to strive to entertain the audience.”u00a0
