Skin deep
I drink lots of water and eat a lot of fruits. And I apply whatever fruit I am eating on my face. Fruits are a great source of AHA (alpha hydroxyl acid), especially papaya, oranges and peaches. You first need to cleanse your inner system to get a glow on your face. I try and detox at least once a week, so no cooked food on that dayu00a0-- just fruits, salads and nuts.u00a0
Minimum make-up
I like to keep my skin clean and make-up free when I'm not shooting. Most films I do aren't big on make-up, but I make it a point to get rid of whatever is on my face the minute I am done with the shoot. I wash my face every time I get home and hydrate my skin frequently by applying a moisturiser. It has an SPF of 15, so I don't need to carry a sun block separately.u00a0u00a0
Chocolate delight
I hate anyone touching my face, so no facials for me. I pamper myself by eating chocolates regularlyu00a0-- a whole bar, no sharing! Cocoa's really good for skin. I stay out of the sun as far as possible, but that's usually difficult. When ever I have an outdoor shoot, I use a good sun block to prevent tan and a moisturiser to nourish my skin.u00a0
Stress on tress
I get a follicle photo rejuvenation massage at least once a week and try not to blow dry my hair on non-working days. I'm forever trying out new shampoos u2013 anything that smells good, works for me. The newest one on my shelf smells of freshly ground coffee. I also make it a point to get myself a good oil massages at least a couple of times in a week.
