A suspense and musical thriller, Who's There has a debutant lead pair Rajbir Singh, Gagan Kang and Kalpana Mathur along with Mushtaq Khan, Upaasna Singh, Shehzaad Khan, Shiva, Rana Jung Bahadur and Hemant Birje.

The film has also recorded six songs, which were penned by Rakhi, Aarif Rampuri and Raaj Verma and were rendered by Udit Narayan, Shaan, Sunidhi Chauhan, Shreya Ghosal, Kumar Saanu, Raja Hasan, Sangeeta Naik andu00a0 Mohd Yusuf. The music was provided by Dinu.
