The fourth National Yash Chopra Memorial Award will be conferred on Shah Rukh Khan. The star is known to have shared a close rapport with the late filmmaker. Hema Malini, Boney and Anil Kapoor, Simi Garewal, Padmini Kolhapure, Anu Ranjan and Shashi Ranjan comprised the jury.
The award carries a cash prize of R10,00,000 with a gold bracelet and trophy. It will be presented at an event in Mumbai in February. SRK is said to be honoured to receive an award in the memory of his mentor.
