Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Gangubai Kathiawadi put Alia in a completely new spotlight. She put her heart and soul into the character of a brothel madam who fought for the rights of sex workers. Darlings:

Darlings was her maiden production venture under her home banner, Eternal Sunshine. She headlined the Netflix film with Shefali Shah and Vijay Varma. As Badru, Alia showed a dark, vulnerable and powerful side without losing her innocence. Alia again proved why she is the most versatile and can nail any character!

Alia's debut Hollywood project, Heart Of Stone, is releasing on Netflix on August 11, 2023. It also stars Gal Gadot. Alia plays the antagonist named Keya Dhawan.
