Huma Qureshi, a Bollywood star, and Rachit Singh, an acting instructor, had long been speculated to be dating, and the two reportedly got engaged in September of this year. The duo recently attended Myntra's MyGlamFest and were seen enjoying Himesh Reshammiya's concert. Videos from the occasion appeared online, one of which showed Huma and Rachit getting cosy.

Rachit and Huma's cosy moment

Rachit was seen giving Huma a cute hug from behind and kissing her head while they listened to Himesh Reshammiya's music. However, when Huma warned him about the cameras recording them, he lowered his arms and stepped aside. Huma also uploaded some footage from the Hookah Bar with Munawar Faruqui, Sanya Malhotra, and Rachit. Rachit dressed casually in a black T-shirt and matching jeans, while Huma looked lovely in a blue denim top and shorts, complete with brown boots.

Rumours about their engagement

Huma and Rachit had long been reported to be dating. In September, it was reported by HT, "Huma and Rachit had been together for a while, and on Sunday, he proposed to her in a private situation, and she said yes. It was a close-knit affair in the United States. They have yet to decide when they will make it official by announcing it publicly."

While talking to mid-day, in the segment Sit With Hitlist, Huma hinted at being single; however, she didn't confirm either being engaged or embracing singlehood.

Rachit, who has trained celebrities such as Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, and Vicky Kaushal, made his acting debut in the series Karmma Calling. He most recently appeared in Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna's horror comedy Thamma.

Meanwhile, Huma is earning plaudits for her work in Season 3 of Delhi Crime. She plays Meena, better known as Badi Didi, a powerful adversary who heads a people trafficking ring. The show, which also features Shefali Shah in the starring role, is available on Netflix. She will next appear in Geetu Mohandas' Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups, a period gangster drama starring Yash, Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Tara Sutaria, Rukmini Vasanth, Akshay Oberoi, and Sudev Nair. The film is scheduled for release in 2026.
