Mallika Sherawat has been holidaying in Kerala and has been flooding her Instagram page with pictures from the rejuvenating retreat. Health, fitness, wellness seemed to be on her itinerary. Mallika's vacation seemed like a relaxing kind of vacation, as she wrote on Instagram, "Love being far away from the hustle bustle of the city, spending Christmas in a quiet, tucked away wellness Ayurveda resort in nature is nourishing both to the mind & body [sic]"

"I eat a lot of fresh fruits, vegetables, green juices and nuts. I prefer nuts for snacks. I strictly avoid gluten. People think wheat is very healthy but it is not. Gluten is very acidic for the body," Mallika Sherawat told IANS, in an earlier interview.
