After making his Bollywood debut with Sadiyaan in 2010, Luv Sinha’s career didn’t take off as expected, but that didn’t deter him from working hard. When the actor heard that director Anil Sharma was making the sequel to his 2001 blockbuster action drama, Gadar: Ek Prem Katha, he found a way to be part of the film. “It’s a guest appearance, but I wanted to be part of a film like this because such opportunities don’t come by so often,” says the actor who plays Simratt Kaur’s brother in Gadar: The Katha Continues. He adds that it was his longtime wish to share screen space with one of his favourite actors, Sunny Deol. “I have a list of all the legendary actors I want to work with, Sunny sir, included. I saw how he was helpful to everyone, guiding and helping his co-stars without any ego. I appreciated that about him.”

After Deol, Luv is set to share the screen with veteran actor-father Shatrughan Sinha in his upcoming film, Gangster, which is a first for the father-son duo. “It is a dream come true,” gushes Luv, claiming that he was not nervous about being in the same frame as his father. “I always look at my co-stars as people I can learn from,” he says.
