Salman Khan's Pyaar Karona: This was the first lockdown song by Salman Khan. The song come straight from the superstar's heart. The anthem-like lyrics which urge people to 'take care' and 'practice hygiene'; will be stuck in your head, as will the chorus sending out the proud message Saare Jahan Se Achcha, Hindustan Hamara. If you see the video, it only has Salman Khan and that too in black-and-white shades that could actually depict the tough times we are going through.
Salman Khan's Tere Bina: Tere Bina, another in-house production, stars the lovely Jacqueline Fernandez opposite Khan and is touted to be the romantic anthem of the year. The beautiful video also shows how Salman Khan needs no fancy equipment or locations to pump out a hit. Sung and directed by Salman himself, the song is composed by his friend Ajay Bhatia, written by Shabbir Ahmed.
Salman Khan's Bhai Bhai song: Bhai Bhai song is sang by the Superstar himself and it shows him having a gala time at his Panvel Farmhouse. The song communicates a significant message and evokes the right emotions of love and compassion towards our fellow beings and other religions, who are all the same in the eyes of God. It spreads the message of brotherhood and unity. The song has been composed by Sajid-Wajid. This was Wajid’s last composition. He died on June 1.
Madhuri Dixit's Candle: Actor and dancer par excellence, who knew Madhuri Dixit-Nene was also an exceptional singer? On her 53th birthday on May 15, the actress gave a gift to her fans in the form of Candle song. 'Candle' intends to bring high hopes and positivity among people amid these trying times. Candle was praised by a lot of Bollywood celebrities including Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar and Karan Johar.
Ajay Devgn's Thahar Ja song: Ajay Devgn made an emotional appeal to his fans to stay at home amid the coronavirus lockdown by launching a special song titled Thahar Ja. The video has been sung and composed by Mehul Vyas and penned by Anil Verma. In the video, an emotional Devgn appeals to people to stay inside their homes and take a break from their regular activities for the sake of their families. His son Yug also makes an appearance at the end of the music video.
