Gabriella Demetriades was born and brought up in South Africa. She has carved a niche for herself as successful model, fashion designer, and entrepreneur.
She started modelling at the age of 16. She later pursued fashion design studies in Sunnyside, Gauteng, and steadily built her career beyond modelling.
Her early years in the industry took her from editorial shoots and international assignments to film and music video appearances once she moved to India. She has walked major runways and featured in high-profile brand campaigns.
Some of her acting credits include Ishq Jhamela, Ananya Birla Livin the Life Afrojack Remix, Sonali Cable and the Telugu-Tamil movie Oopiri.
In 2012 Gabriella founded Deme, a ready to wear womenswear label. She also launched VRTT Vintage, a curated resale platform that promotes circular fashion.
Gabriella has been in limelight ever since she got engaged to Dhurandhar actor. They broke the news on Rhea Chakraborty's podcast.
The couple has been together since 2018 after meeting through mutual friends. Arjun Rampal also recalled the moment when he first met his fiancée. He noticed Gabriella because she looked amazing but soon found more amazing qualities in her.
