Music promoter Live Nation announced the 28-city Game of Thrones Live Concert Experience on Monday at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles.

The show’s composer and tour mastermind Ramin Djawadi, explained the idea for the tour came from the TV show’s creators.

“We were in the studio together reviewing some music and one of them said, ‘I would love to see this live. I want to see a full orchestra. I want to see a choir.’ So we went from there,” Djawadi said.

The experience will be a blend of LED screens and special stage designs. Concept art for the stage shows a giant screen flanked by flaming towers that house the choir and orchestra.

The tour will kick off next February in Kansas City and will hit 28 cities, including Los Angeles, New York City and Las Vegas. Three shows in Canada are also planned.
