Los Angeles: Actor Johnny Depp and Amber Heard's restraining order hearing has been postponed by the judge.

The case will now be heard on August 2, 15 and 16, reported E! online.
While there have been reports that Heard, 30, has been avoiding giving a deposition with Depp's lawyers, according to a source, the allegations "are untrue."
"She wants to go to court. But both the times when Johnny's attorneys requested to depose Amber they didn't follow the appropriate court protocol.
"It was Depp's attorney, Laura Wasser's request to continue the domestic violence restraining order hearing.
Wasser gets one request for a continuance and she requested it so therefore the hearing will be continued postponed.
The temporary restraining order has been reissued and will remain in place until the next court hearing," the source added.
Earlier this week Heard retracted her initial request for temporary spousal support.
