Los Angeles: Actor Ben Affleck has congratulated his good friend George Clooney on his wedding to lawyer fiancee Amal Alamuddin.

Affleck, 42, said he is happy that Clooney has found a very nice girl in his life. Clooney, 53, tied the knot with human rights lawyer Alamuddin, 36 in a private ceremony in Venice, Italy on Saturday, reported Us magazine.
"Yeah. Some people have to work and everybody else gets to be in Venice. But (George) found a great girl and I am happy for them. I wish them the best," he said in an interview.
Affleck could not attend the ceremony as he has been in New York promoting his upcoming thriller 'Gone Girl'.
