Newlywed Katy Perry is all set to take the surname of Russell Brand, whom she wed October 23 in India. On the Ellen DeGeneres Show, Perry, 26, admitted she already responds to "Mrs Brand."



"If I'm at an event or something like that and [someone] want[s] special attention, they go, 'Mrs Brand!' and I go shwoosh," the singer said, turning her head to demonstrate.

DeGeneres then asked if she's making that official. "Yes, I am actually," Perry said. "I'm in the process."
