Miley Cyrus will be cleared of the nightclub assualt allegations after surveillance footage from the venue showed that the actress-singer is not guilty.
The former 'Hannah Montana' star was partying with her fiance Liam Hemsworth at Beacher's Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel on September 9 when she got caught up in an altercation with a stranger.
The man later filed a report with police, alleging he was assaulted during the dispute, and cops confirmed they were investigating his claim. A representative for Cyrus insisted the allegation was "completely false and erroneous", and now surveillance footage from inside the venue has confirmed that Cyrus is in the clear, reported TMZ. Police have been handed the film and the probe is ongoing but it is "almost certain" Cyrus will not face any charges.u00a0
