Fantasia attempts suicide

Fantasia Barrino has been hospitalized after what her rep called a "medication overdose". The 26-year-old singer's condition is reportedly not life-threatening.

Fantasia's hospitalization coincided with a North Carolina woman's allegations that her husband had an affair with Fantasia and broke up their marriage. Her lawyer said the woman used Fantasia's name to "sensationalize that litigation and to ensure that her tale would be picked up by tabloids."
