The 19-year-old, who was ticketed for speeding on the freeway, claimed the guy was a maniac on the road and put several lives in danger.

Bieber reportedly reached out to police following the speed incident - because the photographer in question had been extremely aggressive on the road.
Bieber was pulled over by the cops, citing him for speeding -- and it is said that the 'Baby' hitmaker filed the complaint, giving police the offending photographers license plate number.u00a0
