The 31-year-old socialite said hearing positive comments about her looks inspire her to exercise regularly and stick to a healthy diet.

"Hottest woman in the world? That's so weird when people say that. If only they knew what I look like without these Spanx on. "Seriously though, having that title is a pressure but I enjoy it because I like to stay in shape. I work out very hard and try to eat healthily.
If I ever feel like I'm getting off balance, I cut back on junk food. That title keeps me on my toes," she said. Kardashian, who is dating rapper Kanye West, recently said that she dreams of what it would be like to walk down the aisle once she gets into a new romance.
"I've always been the type to fall in love fast and, with every boyfriend, I plan out my wedding in my head. I've always believed in love. I haven't always been so lucky, but I still do believe in it.
