Actress Laura Harrier has been cast opposite Michael B Jordan in HBO's upcoming movie "Fahrenheit 451".
The 27-year-old star will play Jordan's social media-immersed wife, Millie, in the movie, based on the adaptation of Ray Bradbury's iconic dystopian novel of the same name, reported Deadline.
"Fahrenheit 451" depicts a future where media is an opiate, history is outlawed and "firemen" burn books. Young fireman Montag (Jordan) forsakes his world, battles his mentor Beatty (Michael Shannon) and struggles to regain his humanity.
Ramin Bahrani is directing and co-writing the script with Amir Naderi.
