Los Angeles: Reality TV star Kim Kardashian was almost bumped into by a man outside a restaurant here, but she says it wasn't an attack.

The incident took place on April 2 when Kim was leaving the eatery along with her friend. Suddenly a man walked towards her. The star was knocked back by the backpack-wearing man, reports dailymail.co.uk.

In some photographs, Kim can be seen with a shocked face. She tweeted later to say it wasn't an attack.

"Jonathan Cheban called me and asked if I was 'Ok' and read online I was attacked outside of Chow. Totally not true! Such weird rumours," Kim tweeted.

"A random guy walks near me and almost bumped into me but he hit the parking meter. Not attacked me. Hope he's okay," she added.

The incident happened months after Kim was a victim of robbery in Paris.
