London: Miley Cyrus recently flashed her knickers, smoked a giant cigarette and surrounded herself with topless dancers at Capital FM Summertime Ball.

The 'Wrecking Ball' singer wore nothing but silver nipple tassles during her performance and lot of giant rolled-up cigarette props, which spurted out smoke every now, the Mirror reported.
