Ke$ha lives up to her garbage chic reputation, donning a dress made out of garbage bags.The 23-year-old Tik Tok singer said that she got the garbage bags "at Home Depot and I put it together." When asked who she wants to meet, K$ responded, "I just want to touch Beyonce."


Lady Gaga dons a meat dress while accepting the Video of the Year award at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards held at Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. The 25-year-old singer also wore matching boots and a clutch made of raw meat. She even made Cher hold her meat clutch on stage. While in her meat dress, Gaga announced that her new album will be titled Born This Way.


Justin Timberlake hits the red carpet, joined by his Social Network co-stars, Jesse Eisenberg and Andrew Garfield. The guys introduced a performance by Mary J Blige and Drake at the show. Justin wore a black leather jacket, black tuxedo shirt and black distressed boots by Dolce & Gabbana. Andrew wore a brown leather jacket by Burberry.

Penn Badgley arrives at the white carpet wearing a leather jacket and jeans, earlier today after making an appearance at the Toronto International Film Festival. Penn attended the festival to promote his new movie Easy A with costar Emma Stone.

Kanye West suits up in red and performs his new song "Runaway". "You've been putting up with my sh*t for way too long," the 33-year-old rapped. The song is off of Kanye's upcoming album, Dark Twisted Fantasy, out Nov 12. Watch the VMAs closing.
