Award-winning singer Taylor Swift's BFF Ed Sheeran recently revealed the extent to which she goes to protect her music.

Responding to a question on whether Swift sends him previews of her work, the Shape Of You singer said, "She would never send new songs, no. I hear them, but it has to be with her."

In fact, 25-year-old Sheeran wasn't even independently allowed to hear his 2012 track, Everything Has Changed, a joint collaboration with Swift, 27. "When I did a song with her for her album, I was in San Francisco and they sent someone with a locked briefcase with an iPad and one song on it, and they flew to San Francisco and played the song I have done with her...They asked if I like it, and I was like, 'Yeah,' and then they took it back. That's how I heard it."
