'Baahubali' director SS Rajamouli to make trilogy on Mahabharat

Bahubali director SS Rajamouli will be making a trilogy based on the Mahabharat. At a recent event, he dropped hints about making the epic in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi with Bollywood as well as South actors. He will soon start working on the script and the production will kick off in 2018. Since it will be a three-part series, Rajamouli said it’ll take at least six years to make. This one will truly be of epic proportions.
