Actor Allu Arjun has been summoned by Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) officials for illegal construction in Hyderabad. On Monday, GHMC Circle-18 authorities issued a show-cause notice for the illegal construction of the Allu Business Park building on Road No 45 in Jubilee Hills, asking why it should not be dismantled.

Allu Arjun's Jubilee Hills property in trouble

Allu Arjun and his family members built the one that powers the Allu Business Park building on Road No. 45 in Jubilee Hills two years ago. The building houses Geetha Arts, Allu Arts-related enterprises, and offices for other companies.

The construction was approved on a plot of approximately 1,226 square yards, with two cellars and G+4 levels (ground plus four stories). However, a recent unlawful expansion was completed on the fourth floor. Circle-18 Deputy Commissioner Sammaiah launched an investigation and issued a show-cause notice, asking why the illegal structure should not be dismantled.

Allu Arjun and his family have yet to respond to the continuing controversy.

On the job front, Allu Arjun was most recently seen in filmmaker Sukumar's 'Pushpa 2: The Rule', which grossed Rs 1,800 crore globally. The actor is currently working on filmmaker Atlee's sci-fi picture, tentatively titled 'AA22 X A6'. Sun Pictures produced the mega-budget picture, which also stars Deepika Padukone in a major role.
