From scale and making to its gripping background score and execution, the teaser hints at a cinematic spectacle rooted in Indian mythology. Directed by Venkat Kalyan and Abhishek Jaiswal, Jatadhara blends heritage with innovation through cutting-edge VFX and a high-concept narrative. The teaser sees Sonakshi in a Goddess avatar; her character is said to be born out of greed. While Sudheer Babu plays a character born out of sacrifice set to battle Sonakshi's greedy character. It will be interesting to watch this battle between greed and sacrifice unfold.

Helmed by Venkat Kalyan and Abhishek Jaiswal, the film aims to deliver a grand visual experience with cutting-edge VFX, Al-driven storytelling, and a concept-rich narrative inspired by Indian mythology. Backed by music from Zee Music Co., the film is set for a nationwide release later this year.
Jatadhara marks Prerna Arora's second major collaboration with Zee Studios following Rustom. She has previously produced movies like Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, Padman, Pari, and Batti Gul Meter Chalu.
In April, Sonakshi Sinha announced the completion of the shoot of her much-anticipated Telugu film debut, Jatadhara. "Aaaaand one more down!! A film wrap for me on #Jatadhara… my first Telugu film… and my team has killed it on this one!!! bohot mazza ayaa, bohot dhamaal kiya… cant wait for you all to see," she wrote in the caption.

On the occasion of Women's Day (March 8), the makers unveiled Sonakshi's first look, featuring the actress in a fierce and powerful avatar. The poster was released with a caption celebrating strength and power.
