Esha Deol may be missing from the scene, but the actress appears as a special guest in the culinary show 'Sunny Side' which is hosted by Shilarna Vaze (better known as Chef Chinu). The two are childhood friends and Shilarna had acted in Esha’s 2002 film 'Na Tum Jaano Na Hum'.

Chinu played Esha’s best friend in the film. A vegetarian, Esha confesses she learnt cooking only after her marriage to Bharat Takhtani who is a foodie. Esha has learnt how to cook stuff like the Parsi dish of Patra ni Machi and Goan curry for hubby dearest.
