Actress Nehha Pendse got hurt when she slipped off the stairs while shooting for the popular TV show 'May I Come In Madam?'.

Nehha's injury halted the shoot for some time.

While shooting for a sequence, Nehha, who is seen playing the role of a dominating boss in the Life Ok show, slipped off the staircase and injured herself.

"We were shooting for a sequence around the stairs and accidentally my leg slipped and I fell off the stairs. I didn't know the impact was so bad until my doctor told me that I need to be on complete bed rest for a couple of days," Nehha said in a statement.

"I'm not allowed to do any kind of physical movement for three to four days," she added.

On seeing her condition, the production decided to shoot without her and told her to resume once she's completely alright.

"It was very sweet of the team to allow me complete rest as I am in no condition to move. Thankfully its nothing major and I will continue to shoot in a couple of days," Nehha said.
