Television actor Mrunal Jain turns boxer in the show 'Bandhan'.
As he is a fitness fanatic, he had an opportunity to display his washboard abs while shooting the boxing sequences.

He says, "I enjoy boxing as a sport. I essay a confused character in Bandhan and remove my frustration by pursuing boxing. It was extremely hot while shooting and to keep my endurance levels going I had to drink a lot of water, dark chocolate shake besides lemon water."
Mrunal, who is known for his fit physique in the small screen world attributes it to his good genes coupled with controlled eating and gymming.
