Sudha Chandran recalls a paranormal experience while shooting in Gujarat

Veteran television actor and acclaimed Bharatanatyam dancer Sudha Chandran recently opened up about a harrowing paranormal experience she says she faced during a shoot in Gujarat, describing how it left her frozen and fearful until she turned to her faith for strength. The 60-year-old, who has long maintained she is sensitive to unusual energies, said she can “sense paranormal activity very quickly” and recounted the unsettling night in vivid detail. Sudha Chandran details about the incident Sudha explained that after a long day of filming, she reached her motel room around 11:30 pm, ate dinner and went to sleep beside her mother. She said she woke up suddenly to find a cupboard open and “could sense an energy moving towards me.” As the presence seemed to approach, she described it feeling like “a heavy weight pressing down on my chest.” She recalled desperately trying to speak or move, but “no sound was coming out.” Even though her mother was right next to her, she said she couldn’t lift her hands. Sudha said the energy seemed to grow stronger and “growling,” giving her the terrifying sense that it was “entering my body.” In that moment, she said her only recourse was prayer: “I took the name of Lord Kartik, somehow struck my mother with my hand, and suddenly my voice came back.” The heavy pressure, she said, lifted from her chest, leaving her shaken but relieved. Her mother then applied vibhuti, sacred ash, which helped her calm down. In the same interview, Sudha also shared another eerie experience from a shoot in South India, where she said she often heard unexplained sounds at night, “the sound of anklets and the sound of a woman crying.” When she asked those around her about the noises, she said the reply was simply, “This place itself is like this.” The previous incident Sudha’s accounts combine personal belief with spiritual interpretation. She believes her sensitivity to unseen energies guides her understanding of such experiences and underscores how deeply her faith and spiritual grounding shape her responses when confronted with what she perceives as the inexplicable. Earlier, there was an incident at Mata Ka Jagrata where Sudha was seen dancing in trance, fans wondered whether she was possessed by the spiritual energies around.

Vanshaj Singh, Prince Narula and Karan Patel

Exclusive | Vanshaj Singh calls Prince Narula 'bua' for nudging him in the game

Vanshaj Singh, who was recently evicted from The 50, opened up about his experience on the reality show in an exclusive chat, making bold claims about the dynamics inside the house. The YouTuber labelled Prince Narula and Karan Patel as part of what he called the “Bua gang,” while reflecting on his journey, relationships, and conflicts. Recalling his entry into the show, Vanshaj described it as a proud moment. “First of all, thank you so much. It was a great opportunity for me. Colors, Jio Hotstar, my family was also very excited to see me. My son will be on TV. So I was very happy,” he said. Despite his eviction, he added, “But when the show ended, I'm just glad that everyone saw what happened to me. Like everything is on the show. Everything is on the episode.” Vanshaj felt disappointed meeting Prince Narula Vanshaj admitted he was initially excited to meet Prince Narula but soon felt disappointed. “This is not the Prince Narula I used to follow. And I hope that all the people who have these fake expectations from him, their bubble bursts quickly because Prince Narula is exactly what he preached against.” When asked about a possible bully group, he responded bluntly, “Yeah, there is definitely. It's not even a bully gang. It's an aunt gang.” Naming those he believed were involved, he said, “Of course, the aunt leader, Prince Narula. And then aunt uncle, Karan Patel. Then Siddharth is also there… And there was also Riddhi Dogra… But yes, they are all the partners of the aunt gang. Everyone should stay away from the aunt gang because they will come in front of you at any time and backstab you.” He also questioned the fairness of his eviction, stating, “Look, I only remember Mona Lisa and Urvashi's performance. That's why I'm commenting on that. I'm not even shooting blindly.” Vanshaj further alleged that the house environment often crossed limits. “Apart from the whole bully gang… a lot of lowly, crass comments, racist comments for each other.”  Difficult to stand out in The 50 Despite the tensions, he acknowledged forming a few positive connections. “Manisha Rani supported me, so I became friends with her… Urvashi was also very nice… she is a gem. Manisha Rani was nice. Arushi was very nice.” Highlighting the difficulty of standing out among 50 contestants, he said, “Yeah, it's very difficult… it's so easy to talk about Elvish Yadav… And I think everyone will get screen time.” If given another chance, Vanshaj made his stance clear: “I don't like to fight with anyone… But if something goes wrong with me, then of course, I'll make sure everybody knows.”

Divya Agarwal and Apurva

The 50: Bhavya Singh claims Divya Agarwal lives separately from her husband

Heated disagreements, emotional moments, and shifting dynamics take over the Palace, keeping the atmosphere charged throughout the latest episode of The 50. In a dramatic turn, a nasty fight descended between Divya Agarwal and Bhavya Singh, during which the latter made some shocking claims. Bhavya alleged that Divya and Apurva live separately and even called her a gold digger. Bhavya accuses Divya Agarwal The fight started after Divya stated that Archana doesn't have a brain during the Bail and Buddhi task. Bhavya, who has been getting along well with Archana, got irked with Divya and decided to teach her a lesson. When Divya was weeping bitterly after an argument, she asked Bhavya to pass her some tissues, which she vehemently refused. Later, while talking to Sapna Choudhary and Aarya, Bhavya made some personal remarks about Divya and said in Hindi, “She’s such a fake woman—no wonder people call her a gold digger. And the second thing is, I asked her this on a podcast… You can check it on record—whether she’d ever do a reality show again. She said, ‘No, I won’t. I’ve already won Bigg Boss.’ What have you even achieved? She’s a fake woman, being fake with everyone. Now she’ll sit with everyone and bitch about them.”           View this post on Instagram                       A post shared by Filmy Hoon (@filmyhoon2) While Bhavya made personal remarks, Divya, on the other hand, wanted to leave the show and shared how much she was missing her husband. She then went on to make shocking claims about Divya's married life and said, “The real fireworks went off at her house on Diwali, and I was the one who set them off. And till date, I’ve never spoken about it—not on any podcast, not anywhere. I never will either, because it was their own personal family matter. These people dragged me into it. They beg people in Mumbai, saying, ‘Come to my house, please come to me, please meet me.’ She lives separately from her husband.” About Divya and Apurva Divya tied the knot with businessman Apurva Padgaonkar in February 2024. In the same year, she deleted all posts with Apurva, sparking separation rumours. Divya rubbished the rumours, saying, “I made no noise. I made no comments or stories. I deleted 2,500 posts. Yet the media chose to see and react only to my marriage. It's funny how people see and expect things out of me.”

The situation escalated rapidly, prompting Lion to intervene and issue an exit order to Archit, making the moment one of the most dramatic turns in the game so far. Adding fuel to the fire, Lovekesh Kataria mocked Maxtern, saying that he seemed to enjoy getting beaten, further intensifying the atmosphere. Dushyant Kukreja also weighed in, pointing out that the person Maxtern was speaking about referencing Elvish Yadav has a fiercely loyal fan base, hinting at the consequences of repeatedly bringing up the issue. Here's what happened Amid the backlash, Maxtern defended himself, questioning how long he was expected to stay silent. “Main kab tak sehta?” he argued, before explaining his reason for reopening the old controversy. He stated that on social media, public images take a long time to change, which is why the incident continued to follow him even nearly two years later. According to Maxtern, The 50 gave him a larger platform to finally present his side of the story and seek closure. What began as an attempt to justify his past soon turned into a flashpoint moment involving physical aggression, polarising opinions, and a swift disciplinary action. Bebika Dhurve and Rajat Dalal

Body-shaming row erupts as Bebika Dhurve confronts Rajat Dalal on The 50

What began as a light hearted roast inside The 50’s palace quickly escalated into an uncomfortable confrontation after Rajat Dalal's comments towards Bebika Dhurve crossed the line, sparking a tense exchange over respect, power, and body shaming. The incident unfolded during a casual interaction but soon became one of the more intense moments in the palace. The 50 streams daily on JioHotstar at 9 p.m. and airs on Colors at 10:30 p.m., bringing such explosive moments to viewers every day. Major fight between Rajat and Bebika The exchange started when Rajat attempted to mock Bebika in a joking manner, remarking, “Waise bhi kaun jaanta hai tumhe,” during a discussion about the show and the well known personalities involved in it. While initially brushed off as banter, the tone shifted when Chahat pointed out that the joke was turning disrespectful. Instead of backing down, Rajat allegedly went a step further, calling Bebika “bhes” a remark that immediately changed the mood of the conversation. Visibly upset, Bebika took a strong stand and called out Rajat for humiliating her publicly. Addressing him directly, she stated that having social power does not give anyone the right to insult or damage someone’s image, adding that there is a limit to everything. Her response made it clear that she saw the comment not as humour, but as deliberate humiliation. Matter escalates Bebika further asserted that Rajat needed to learn how to speak to people respectfully and accused him of body shaming her. In a sharp retort, she questioned his hypocrisy, saying that one should look at themselves before passing such remarks on others. Her words struck a chord, shifting the conversation from mockery to accountability. What started as a casual roast thus spiralled into a serious confrontation, highlighting issues of respect, privilege, and sensitivity inside the palace. The incident once again underscored how quickly humour can turn harmful in The 50, making this clash another moment that left both contestants and viewers divided.

Karan Patel exits The 50 after heated clash; wildcard return possible

Television actor Karan Patel has reportedly exited the reality show The 50 following rising tensions and a major altercation with fellow contestant Rachit Singh Rojha. The unexpected development has triggered conversations among fans about the high pressure atmosphere inside the house and whether Patel could make a dramatic return as a wildcard entrant. Karan Patel makes a shocking exit The situation reportedly escalated after a series of explosive confrontations among contestants created a volatile environment. Patel, known for his strong personality and prior reality television experience, was said to be increasingly disturbed by the constant aggression. Expressing his discomfort, he reportedly stated, “I can’t be living in a place where violence erupts,” before announcing, “I am quitting,” and walking away from the competition. His decision appeared to stem from concerns about his mental peace amid the ongoing conflicts. While the makers of the show have not issued an official confirmation about the nature of his exit, industry buzz suggests that his departure might not be permanent. Given Patel’s popularity and his return to television after a considerable break, there is speculation that the producers could bring him back later in the season as a wildcard contestant. Such a move would likely inject fresh drama into the game and potentially reshape alliances among the remaining participants. In talks to return as wildcard Patel’s exit comes at a time when The 50 has already been making headlines for its intense arguments, physical confrontations, and emotionally charged moments. The show has quickly built a reputation for unpredictable twists, with contestants frequently clashing on camera. Reports also indicate that tensions had earlier flared between Patel and other housemates, further contributing to the charged atmosphere. Viewers have been actively discussing the development on social media. While some have supported Patel’s decision to prioritise his well being and step away from a hostile environment, others are hopeful that he will return to the show if given the wildcard opportunity. His presence, many believe, adds a compelling edge to the competition. As the season continues to unfold with unexpected turns, Patel’s possible comeback remains a topic of curiosity. Whether this exit marks the end of his journey or simply a pause before a dramatic re entry is something audiences will be watching closely.
