Telly actress Rishina Kandhari (Mohini of Buddha) is doing a cameo in The Villain. This is her first B-Town outing. Initially she was to play Anurag Kashyap’s wife, but when Kamaal R Khan replaced Kashyap she declined the offer.
Later, director Mohit Suri offered her another role which was to be initally played by Heeba Shah. Rishina feels she was destined to be part of it — one way or the other.
