She has several times hit headlines for encountering harrowing incidents. This time, she was harassed outside a temple in Delhi and has shared a video of the ordeal. The actress spoke about wearing a fully covered outfit and, despite that, she was allegedly harassed by a man.

Sharing the video on her Instagram handle on Tuesday, October 14, Edin was heard saying, "This is the biggest problem with Delhi. I was fully covered and standing in front of a temple. This person (points the camera at the man) bumped into me three times and touched me, all while singing some love song."
She added, "He doesn't even recognise me. There were a few fans around who were taking selfies; they recorded the ordeal and watched it in 4K. Do you know how badly I want to punch his face? But I'm just going to remain respectful."

Furthermore, Edin asked a man from the temple for help and told him about the man, who joined their conversation. While talking to him, she asked, "Kya maine kuch galat kapde pehne the? Poore kapde hain na? Kyun unhone mere saath badtameezi ki?"
Later in the clip, when Edin’s photographer arrived and she told him the situation, he slapped the guy multiple times, who later admitted his mistake, saying, “Maaro, galti ki hai maine." “This is extremely distasteful," said Edin.
Earlier this year, Edin claimed that a drunk man followed her in a Jaguar while she was travelling in an autorickshaw in Mumbai. Edin, who was with her friend, felt her safety was threatened. In her Instagram stories, she stated that she had to stop her ride at the Juhu police station to let the law take its course.
