She's everyone's favourite Gossip girl, and not without reason. Young, gorgeous, talented, not to mention the star of a hit show, Blake Lively is one lucky girl. The 23-year-old used to follow The Zone diet, which advocates eating carbs, proteins, and fats in balanced proportions, but later switched to a low-carb diet.



The American actress admits to watching her diet, but not to the point of "insanity". Her favourite sneak-treat? Chicken Pot Pie.

The actress, who recently claimed to have "never worked out" and admitted to eating a burrito and chips on the day of a shoot she had to do in her "unmentionables" has since hired a trainer to get her body superhero-ready for her role opposite Ryan Reynolds in Green Lantern.

Trainer Bobby Strom has announced to the world at large, and the less motivated among us that the reason the gal looks as good as she does, is because she's extremely dedicated (gag!). She circuit-trains for 90 minutes at least four times a week, and is said to be a fan of yoga and Pilates. Guess the reel Serena Van der Woodsen has to work as hard as the rest of us!
