The Martini Festival will give Mumbai's tipplers a chance to savour this world-famous cocktail in typical James Bond fashion

Arguably, one of the most iconic cocktails across the world, the Martini has captured the imagination of tipplers for its potent combination and star-like quality, thanks to James Bond having immortalised those lines -- "One Martini is all right, but three are not enough." The fictional spy liked to use vodka instead of gin and preferred it shaken, not stirred.


The bartenders at the Trident will ensure you get on familiar ground at the Martini Festival, with a host of unique combinations including watermelon & basil or melon & pepper along with modern favourites such as sour green apples. All the cocktails have been named after the leading ladies from the James Bond flicks, including Plenty O'Toole, Mary Goodnight and Xenia Onatopp.
