In what could be described as an epic confrontation between two predators in the wild, a jaguar and a crocodile clash in the jungles of Amazon. Watch the hair-rasing video footage...

The video clip, which went viral on the internet, shows a jaguar attacking a caiman in Brazil's Pantanal wetlands.
Known for its killer instinct, the jaguar then wades through the water quietly and sneaks up on the caiman only to deliver a lethal bite to the reptile's central nervous system, which renders it defenseless.
The video was shot by Kedar Hippalgaonkar, of Berkeley, California, who was vacationing with his wife in Brazil.
