Obviously, it means a lot to us. Also, getting it third time in a row for our Northern Heights Project for Best Iconic Location is an achievement in itself. Achieving this hat-trick makes us overjoyed.
From National to International branding, mid-day Icons have gone bigger this year. What are your thoughts on this and how will it help in your branding?
Yes, it was good to connect with new personalities on an international platform. Unlike the events held in our city where we spend a few hours together, we got the opportunity to spend a good 72 hours together. It was fruitful to meet stalwarts from not only the construction industry but across other industries as well. Kudos to mid-day for making this happen.

With the Covid challenge, do you think the realty industry will see a transformation to match customer changing sentiments?
Our company N Rose Developers Pvt. ltd launched a new project NORTHERN HILLS post the covid spike. We saw a tremendous change in customers’ preference of buying a new house this time. The most important change is the importance of a house apart from just brick and mortar is now well understood by everyone. The buyer is now very well aware about the additional amenities’ developers provide and its utility.
What do you think are the redeeming features of your projects that sets it apart from the rest?
In the micro market of Dahisar, we feel we have placed our project in such a strategic location that everyone is willing to buy a flat in that pin code i.e they dream of having home at Northern Heights. Besides that, the project is fully loaded with wonderful amenities and its luxurious planning makes it more tempting for one to go ahead with us.
Which would you consider was the turning point/outstanding achievement of your career/company that is noteworthy?
The launching of Northern Hills in October 2020 and crossing the benchmark sale of 157+ units was indeed a turning point for us. This fills us with complete enthusiasm to carry the project forward. We call it the ‘mission 48’ as we are targeting the completion of 61 storeys in just 48 months!
