Kareem enjoyed playing basketball all his life which built his perseverance and instigated a fuel of passion and driving energy into him. Unfortunately, he proceeded to channel this focus on a job that didn’t fulfill his desires. Thomas couldn’t vision himself working in the company long-term. Then, he stumbled across a gentleman, Gary Vee, and was inspired to do something greater for himself.
As time passed, an opportunity came knocking on his door, and Thomas entered the real estate industry. This field sparked his interest, as he envisioned himself working in this field for the rest of his life. Thomas dared to take the risk and was later mentored successfully in the real estate industry. His flexible and open mindset sets him apart from his competitors. Alongside this, the added advantage of having played sports actively in his youth gives Thomas the ability to embrace competition, work with a team and take adversities in his stride.
Thomas believes in celebrating every small victory and nurturing your health as it is the most valuable asset for every entrepreneur. By learning to accept failure and keep room for growth, Thomas has avoided burnout in his career and encourages everyone to follow a similar pathway.
