Dear Diana, A guy from college proposed to me last week. I thought he was genuine and showed interest in return.
Turns out he was just using me to fulfill a challenge his friends posed at him. More than his behaviour, I’m shocked at my own stupidity. I can’t even get over the fact I was so gullible. As a result, I’ve been avoiding college for the past week to avoid further embarrassment.

Dear Sharmila,
I can understand your predicament but bunking college won’t change the scenario. Start attending college or you will end up with attendance issues. Do not show your anger or vent your frustration at anyone in college over what happened because that is what this guy is hoping for. He wants you to react so that he and his gang can laugh at you yet again. Just forget the episode and next time be wary of any such guy. Remember you learn from your mistakes. Over time you will forget it as a silly incident from your growing up years.
Diana will solve it!
