If he divorces her, I will marry her the next day!
Dear Diana,
I was in love with a girl nine years older to me. We even wanted to get married. But fate had something else in store for us, I moved to the Gulf for work , The girl's parents told her to get married to a guy whose wife had expired and who had a four-year-old kid. She had told her parents about me but they did not listen to her, and got her married. On reaching India, I asked her how she was. She burst into tears and told me that her husband doesn't treat her like his wife. When I confronted her parents, they too said that they didn't know their daughter's life would be ruined.u00a0 They said my being nine years younger to her was a problem. I asked them what problem was there? At least, I'd have kept her happy. I told her in front of her parents that I love her and only her to this day. I even fought with my family to be with her and so, I went abroad to secure our future. Now she is telling me to settle down in life and get married. Her parents also tell me the same thing. She suggested marrying her younger sister, who's a year younger to me. She says she feels guilty for what happened. I told her that it wasn't her fault. She still loves me, and said this in the presence of her parents. If her husband divorces her, I'll marry her the very next day. I told her this. We both are Roman Catholic
